@SannaDaCatMama @malmesburyman Nonetheless, the WFH era has allowed businesses to reduce their overall employee cost (mostly through lack of pay rises) by considering WFH as a benefit. Take that benefit away and people will start wanting pay rises to compensate for the difference, and rightly so.
