@neilhimself @HackenbushDVM My grandfather Groucho never had a circular vibrating bed. However, his third wife, Eden, had a round bed in her own bedroom, but it did not vibrate. I should know -- I slept in it a few times after they divorced.

@Karaszewski Marvin Hamlisch's first movie score. He was discovered at my grandfather Groucho's house by producer Sam Spiegel, who introduced himself and told him about "The Swimmer." Marvin went home, read the Cheever short story, wrote some music on spec, sent it to Spiegel, and got hired!
