@mhaoilein@LesleyRiddoch This is it, folk preach about tolerance of others views but what they mean is they're tolerant aslong as others views align with theirs.
@Hillofwad@moving_charlie Just my experience, probably would've cost me double going to a high street agent. House would've sold for what it sold for anyway as it was on the market at the right time.
@moving_charlie@Hillofwad I sold my house through them, thought they were very good. Drawings of the floorplan were good, professional photos, online calender for viewings, bidding done on the platform. I couldnt fault it for the price, would've cost me a lot more going somewhere else.
@NileGardiner@BorisJohnson Johnson couldn't give a f**k about the woman he married or his kids, he certainly doesn't care about Ukraine. Stage managed pish.
@Nickolarge@ado5433@david_mccraw@theJeremyVine Tram gets ultimate priority in Edinburgh, if it's to be in the left hand lane it wouldn't get that if folk can turn left. Thats my thinking on it anyway.
@thegordonkerr@arab1909F@nats_tired How on earth can you think someone doesn't know how the tax system works, it's one of the most basic things people learn when they start work.
@IanosirroM@sc1874@cooly1uk@drewtait2@arab1909F@nats_tired The argument isnt hard, the tax take over 12.5k to 43k isn't too bad, its the fact many will be paying an increased rate over 43k and many will have student loans and childcare to think about. What they'd actually walk out with may only be about 40% of what they earned.
