@BryanBumgardner@nickselman For the non-peak brands, could the playbook include a no-discount option alongside bundles and gifting? Comparing contribution per order and whether December orders were just pulled forward would make the choice more useful than a BFCM revenue target alone.
@aalanazarr For the editor briefs, give each video one job: show the product working, answer one buying objection, or explain the offer. Keep the destination page fixed for that batch. That gives you a clearer read than changing the script, offer and page together.
@Ecomnurse Since the pixel was just fixed, I'd separate pre-fix and post-fix results first. For the mechanism, what can the buyer actually see demonstrated that the alternatives don't show? Use that same proof in the ad and on the page, then check where people drop off.
@abdushodmonov Your reply about still running offers changes the takeaway: retention push, lighter acquisition. Would you compare BFCM and late-December buyers on 90-day contribution after refunds, split by new vs returning customers? Revenue alone could hide that cohort gap.
@BobG_Ecom For the PDP vs lander test, keep the ad, offer and subscription choice identical. Otherwise you're testing several changes at once. A mobile test order through each route would also catch pricing or subscription terms that disappear between page and checkout.
@EcomSkii At $6.41 CPC, that's roughly 18 clicks. One purchase is too little to diagnose the whole funnel. First check how many clicks became loaded sessions, then walk the mobile checkout yourself. Fix a visible break before changing product, offer and creative together.
1 rule to AVOID ANY SLOP COMING OUT OF YOUR AI.
NEVER, EVER CREATE ANYTHING FROM SCRATCH.
Wanna build an actually good looking website?
- Dupplicate an existing HTML from a website you rly do love.
- Just EDIT stuff to adapt to your brands : colors, assets, copy, offer.
You can then edit it as much as you please to make it look REALLY different.
But you will have a REAL structure, NON-AI generated, so 0 slop will be visible.
The key is to do the same.... for EVERYTHING.
Landing pages, apps, ads, videos....
Build yourself a template library. Just keep adding whatever pleases you and save it for later.
(then don't forget to thank me you ungrateful bastard)
@fromadstoassets The restock happened alongside the offer, so I'd separate that before blaming a post-promo dip on discounting. Compare the same in-stock SKUs and new vs returning customers, then follow promo buyers through your normal repeat-purchase window.
@ecom_prayatna Email segmentation is only part of that check. I'd open the public offer as an existing subscriber too, and make the first-order price, renewal price and eligibility explicit. The person excluded from the email can still find the deal through an ad.
@joshelizetxe Could you include an anonymized order timeline in the session: inventory paid, ad spend paid, product shipped, cash collected? Seeing the cash gap beside the margin would make the BFCM trade-off much easier to understand.
@adamtaylorl For the funnel handoff, I'd test a cart just below, exactly at and just above each offer threshold, then remove an item. That catches a mismatch the creative review won't: an ad promise that disappears at checkout, or a gift left behind after eligibility changes.
