I saw that I was being shown an outstanding of 3994 for the ride I didn't take. I dont understand how driver started the ride without me. I am attaching the images here and hoping ola resolves this & take care of these fraud drivers and refund the amount wrongly charged to me.

Fraud alert @Olacabs @ola_supports This happened with me twice now within the same week.Ola is charging the customer without taking a ride and there is no way to reach the customer support. The chat bot is pathetic and doesn't let you connect with a actual customer support person

And it happened again on 25th mar I booked a cab from the airport and waited for 15 mins for the driver to come and when he didn't move and come to the pickup spot I cancelled it and booked another ride with ola only & came back homeand when I opened the app couple of days later
