i spent 3 hrs to reach there by car and found the falls are shut from June to Sep.....and if u manage to sneak inside(the forest and the falls), authorities can put u behind bars for 5 days....strange that its not even mentioned that access will be denied in a

certain period....not even on the website. Locals might promise that they will take u on train, but its not legal.
1Can you make this more public, so that time and energy is not wasted, OR 
2best will be to create infrastructure to make falls accessible throughout the year!!
