@Butlins@mightyhoopla Hoopla are pushing this back to butlins stating that because I requested this on the 12th January (4 days after an email sent by them stating to progress name change requests through their email) it is too close to the event and therefore butlins have to do the change? #help
@mightyhoopla Hey I requested a name change on my ticket on the 12th January, on Thursday I finally heard back from Kaboodle to say to email butlins direct, which I’ve done, I’ve still not had the name change confirmed what can I do?
