Wow @fiveguysuk first: 2 burgers with mixed up wrong toppings and undercooked fries (hard and starchy) provide feedback to be “informed” that “the fries can appear firmer and lighter in colour” currently so can be confused for undercooked! Not the best way to respond to feedback
