I am able to select a hotel and flight, but when I press "continue" it tells me there is an error and nothing available that matches the criteria. The same happens for all hotels that show as available.

They claim they didn't know anything about it so it must have been us... Do you mind me asking how you resolved it? We're struggling!

Hi @MartinSLewis - we're really struggling to resolve a dispute with @AvisUK, who have taken £600 for pre-existing damage to a car. Judging by their social media accounts, hundreds of customers are facing similar problems. Is there anything that you could do to help us?

@partychancer @WhichUK Hi James - sorry to hear that! We have found @AvisUK impossible to deal with. Have tried to resolve it with them directly but they insist it is a "correct charge". We are contacting the ECRCS and others, and will let you know how we get on.
