Sales is the most expensive function in most companies — and one of the hardest. Hundreds of accounts, different context, different stakeholders, different dynamics, and a different path to close. No one can do that perfectly. Critical things get missed.

I’ve had the opposite experience building on arbitrum - the support from the offchain labs and foundation teams, as well as the developer community channels, are part of the reason I chose arb. Though, I’m building a game, not sure if DeFi apps have the same channels.
