First up, the FBI & DEA identified where the lab was located & who the players were & handed the entire package to the RCMP.

Second, it included the shipping routes (port of Vancouver) the Chinese players who were involved in importing the precursor chemicals, the Chinese players in Canada who sold it to Mexican cartel players living in Canada & operating labs primarily in rural BC.

They gave the RCMP the names of the various Sikh CDN’s who were running the logistics & distribution operations.

They outlined the destinations for the finished products which included the Philippines (distribution hub in Asia), the Netherlands (EU distribution hub), Portland (distribution hub in the western US) & east to a tribal reserve in Saskatchewan (distribution hub for eastern Canada & US). The primary players included Chinese gangsters, Sikh gangsters, motorcycle gangs, & indigenous gangs.

This should have turned into a massive spiderweb of criminal takedowns but would have also made clear 4 troubling things:

Canada has lost control over immigration (can’t seem to screen out criminals from getting TFW & student visas) we have a major Chinese problem, some indigenous gangs members are using their reserves as safe havens & Canada has become a major fentanyl producer & distributor including to the US as Trump claimed.

So as per usual instead of facing up to reality & getting our National Security shit together, we punted & took the rouge!

Let’s do common sense stuff like locking up repeat criminals forever, and if there’s more crime after we’ve locked up the people who everyone with a brain knows are responsible for 99% of crime, then we can discuss 24/7 surveillance and tracking of the 99% of people with no criminal records whose worst transgression in any given day is rolling through a stop sign.

A man who K*LLED his own landlord was just allowed to walk out of a Virginia mental facility on a "weekend pass"...

...and used it to board a ONE-WAY international flight out of the country.

He is GONE. And he is not coming back.

His name is Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda.

Back in 2019, police say he k*lled his landlord. When investigators showed up, they found him covered in blood.

He was found "not guilty by reason of insanity" and committed to the Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute in 2022.

Under Virginia law, that facility was allowed to hand this man UNESCORTED weekend and day passes. No guard. No escort. Just... go, and please come back.

So on July 6, he took his little weekend pass, drove to Dulles Airport, and boarded a one-way flight to Tajikistan.

Someone even bought his ticket for him. In his name. With a window seat.

It gets worse.

The prosecutors had actually OPPOSED letting him out in June. They warned it was a public safety risk. But they say once it's out of court, they have NO say in what the facility decides.

So the people whose JOB is public safety said "no"... and a mental health facility overrode them and gave a blood-soaked accused murderer a pass to leave.

And the cherry on top? Prosecutors didn't file to get a cross-border warrant until August 5th.

A FULL MONTH after he was already gone!!!!

He's now in a country with no extradition.
He is never seeing an American courtroom again.

An accused m*rderer just escaped justice completely... because a bureaucracy gave him a weekend pass and nobody stopped him.

I’ve watched good officers build solid cases only to see them die at the prosecutor’s office.

I once spoke with a prosecutor who said he was dropping all charges for “lack of evidence.” I turned his computer around, did a quick YouTube search, and showed him the video of the incident — the same video that was already documented in the police report. The suspect later carried out a domestic terror attack on an ICE facility.

When charging decisions ignore clear evidence, the system fails. Officers lose morale, victims get nothing, and the same people keep cycling through.

Cameras and new programs won’t fix that. Accountability will.
