@sama Thought of this in 2016 and have receipts to prove it from my research. I didn't get far because I couldn't code. No one believed it was possible or would listen to a guy with no code explain a concept for which the tech didn't exist yet. Depressing.

BYD outsold Tesla on a calendar year basis for the first time - my concerns seem validated... FSD is genuinely near human, but imo Tesla needs to focus on existing models and push the robocab back. Improve the current product like people have requested.

Said this in prev years but am now posting it here for the record. I feel like we'll find some elements of quantum mechanics or quantum operation in human consciousness. I think that has ties to thought, our data processing abilities, memory, dreams, maybe even personality, etc.
I've said this since 2021, but if BYD's cars ever come to the US, Tesla will be in real trouble. They seem like truly awesome cars. One main issue people forget is BYD has the full force of China's economy behind them. Just saying this here, so I can reference it in the future.
Instead of movie trailers they should release just one single clip from the movie out of context that is so intriguing it makes everyone want to see it, and then nothing else until the movie comes out
Most of the smartest people in our world get in their own damn heads so deep they talk themselves out of anything.
Too risky. Too hard. Too many competitors. Whatever.
They do too much thinking and they become the ultimate pessimist.
Too intelligent for their own good.
Wordle 264 4/6*
Interesting route to get to this one. Continuing the streak from before because I never lost, just switched phones. So 27/27
