Massively disappointed by @RobertDyas customer service, although looking at their tweets I see everyone is! Ordered a bed, received damaged parts. Requested replacements nearly a week ago, still no response. If this doesn’t get resolved today I will be asking for a refund.

Pretty disappointed with @BouxAvenue customer service. Was told by online chat I could send back something that broke after only 4 weeks. Today it arrived back in the post as it wasn’t returnable. Internal communications seem to be lacking.
