@Tengaasi@prasannakarthik Actually he does. Most of his "science backed" claims are indeed based on some scientific paper or other. Now it is entirely possible that the research he cited is bogus (most modern research is just paper publishing) and he may be force fitting his beliefs onto the science.
@prasannakarthik That man is annoying to the core. While he does speak logically about the science of nutrition, every video is a subtle and sometimes overt dig at vegetarians (particularly Hindus) about their food choices.
