@OpenAI @sama - I need help resolving a ChatGPT billing issue that Support has repeatedly misunderstood.

I have now paid ₹1,999 TWICE for ChatGPT Plus, and I am only requesting a refund of the FIRST payment for the Plus subscription I did not get to use.

It’s now been 8+ days, and the shipment is still delayed with no proper explanation. Paid INR 1650 for this service and received zero accountability.

This is unacceptable.

I handed over my courier on 10-01-2026 at DTDC Marthandam. I was assured it would be dispatched from Nagercoil on 12-01-2026 and delivered to Delhi within 4 days. (1/1)
