Over 127 educators joined the first training session under #RiseUp4Peace. The training, led by veteran edu leader Dr. @ashokkp & @UNODC's @PathakSamarth, focused on #SDGs, #SDG16 & innovative classroom interventions.

Empowering Master Trainers against #WildlifeCrime🐾!
30 officials from Bangladesh, India, & Nepal wrapped up a 5-day @UNODC_ENV training, presenting key learnings on open-source investigations, web info retrieval, image analysis, and misinformation.

Equipping Wildlife Protectors with tech💻!

@UNODC provided laptops & #WildlifeCrime guides to enhance the capacities of Dept. of Wildlife Conservation (DWC), Sri Lanka🇱🇰. The laptops were handed over to DWC Director (Operations) as part of ongoing efforts against #WildlifeCrime.

In a webinar by @UNFPA on accelerating efforts to eliminate violence against women & girls in detention, Sven Pfeiffer & myself highlighted the role of @unodc in preventing #GBV in prisons as a custodian of the UN standards & norms on crime prevention & criminal justice.
