30 officials from Bangladesh, India, & Nepal wrapped up a 5-day @UNODC_ENV training, presenting key learnings on open-source investigations, web info retrieval, image analysis, and misinformation.

Equipping Wildlife Protectors with tech💻!
@UNODC provided laptops & #WildlifeCrime guides to enhance the capacities of Dept. of Wildlife Conservation (DWC), Sri Lanka🇱🇰. The laptops were handed over to DWC Director (Operations) as part of ongoing efforts against #WildlifeCrime.
In a webinar by @UNFPA on accelerating efforts to eliminate violence against women & girls in detention, Sven Pfeiffer & myself highlighted the role of @unodc in preventing #GBV in prisons as a custodian of the UN standards & norms on crime prevention & criminal justice.

@UNODC facilitated a study visit for 10 Sri Lankan officials to India, fostering cross-learning on drug prevention & treatment, supply, rehabilitation & good practices.
