In my opinion, the main issue with hamstring injuries is lack of Conjugation!

Conjugation in what you ask?

In everything:
- Plyometrics
- Agility
- Speed
- Acceleration
- Deceleration
- Lifting
- Etc.

Always doing the same exercises causes injuries.

I became a collegiate S&C Coordinator in the late 1990’s, but I’m also now a PE teacher in high school…

I would like to know more, as it would be great to provide S&C to our athletes during the day…
