Congratulations to Megan, who has won the #hpfthealthymealcomp for #DietitiansWeek! It was a very close competition, with some excellent entries. Megan's meal had some healthy fats which put her slightly ahead, and vitamin D from being eaten outsideβοΈ
Good to see our senior scientist Anne feature in The Independent recently talking about healthier snacking in young children #BNFInNews

Boost breakfast cereal and porridge by adding in tasty toppers such as honey, jam, seeds, nuts and dried fruit.
These items are great for the cupboard and all have a longer shelf life if getting regular fresh groceries is more difficult.

What about these cinnamon toast finger rolls? Roll out the bread (crusts off), toast in butter, fill with chocolate spread, nut butters or jam and roll! Finally dip in cinnamon sugar .... mighty breakfast at your fingertips! @NHWeek@BDA_Dietitians#NHWeek21
