WHY WON’T @EE HELP?
CCTV footage we have has helped piece together Jack’s route but cell site data wld confirm his phone’s route & add to what we know.
It’s VITAL to have this information but EE won’t give it up. On what legal grounds they haven’t said.

Jack O’Sullivan went missing after a Saturday night out in Bristol (2 March) - he text his mum to say he was fine and getting a taxi home…he never arrived.

@sainsburys still down?? Are you going to be extending cut off time for food shops tonight. Whose bright idea was it to conduct maintenance in shoppers hours?
@Gymshark The worst customer service I have EVER received. You lose my parcel, send a replacement, 2 of 8 items, despite rest showing in stock & now you have refunded me the wrong amount. Escalated to TL, thread auto closed, have to start again with contacting you🤬 HELP PLEASE!!
@VodafoneUK Your call centre is atrocious. No one understands how to operate. I cancelled a contract because you failed to deliver & now it’s apparently out for delivery and I have to wait for it to arrive to then call AGAIN to re-cancel what I already instructed on Friday, why!?
@VodafoneUK has the crappest customer service I have ever experienced. I do not understand how they operate and successfully gain new customers. NEVER again
@sainsburys Thats no good to us, its a bottle of gin. We have £120 worth of food shop we are trying to check out! Can’t you extend the cut off given the issues out of our control!?
@sainsburys Looks like the entire country experiencing the same problem. We all need to checkout before 11pm, when will this be fixed?! As now you have shut down both the app and website 🤯🤯
