A person named Anil Sahani is charging ₹10 just for using the washroom (urinals) even though it’s clearly written that it is FREE.
I told him I would complain, but he had no fear and still took money from me twice.
Dear @zomato please see what I ordered and what you delivered. Corn chat was orderd but simple sweet corn were provided that too with very less quantity. I've mailed my complaint but no proper solution is provided till now. Order Id is 6848729975.
Not Just a Banker, PSBians are Super Heroes.
Concerns about misselling through bancassurance are widespread. Reports on this issue raise alarms for the entire banking system. Fortunately, both the government and regulators, including RBI and IRDA,acknowledge the issues . They are actively taking steps to address it, aiming for a resolution that benefits all stakeholders.
Of course, I am strictly against setting unrealistic expectations or making such targets a substantial part of the appraisal process. Several banks are already moving away from such strategies, disassociating themselves from "campaign modes" for pushing so-called "wealth businesses."
However, it looks like there is resistance from some bankers on social media groups when it comes to pursuing anything beyond core banking activities.
In the evolving financial landscape, bankers play a larger role beyond being mere "safe keepers of money"; they are also "protectors and growers." In my view, a new-age banker should be:
1. Educator, as in financial literacy. You may underestimate your power, but being financially literate is a life-saving skill today. Every day, we read reports about how some agent sold an insurance policy to a retired senior citizen. If you can help such people be aware of their financial rights, you are doing a great social service.
2. Financial Planner: Providing sound advice can assist individuals in navigating their personal finance journey, protecting their hard-earned savings, and potentially earning them substantial returns through wise investments. Ultimately, this approach not only benefits individuals but also brings more business to the bank.
3. Fact Checker: Yes, it may sound strange, but people frequently turn to bankers for advice beyond financial matters. Whether it is inquiring about high-return schemes or checking the credibility of builders while taking home loans. I personally have seen parents asking bankers, when taking an education loan, about the college and its placement record. If you can provide them with the right information or guide them to the right source, this will help build long-lasting relationships.
Not all superheroes wear a cape. We all understand the difficult situations and stress that bankers, mostly PSBians, work in. I am not asking you to become a social service worker, educator, or some sort of influencer. Your role as a banker provides you ample opportunities to cover all such aspects.
You can do it !
And trust me, this will also help you grow as a person. After all, a job is not everything :)
Mark my words, If agitation is not started quickly, Bakers are going to be ' bandhua majdoor'.
That's why everyone should mass resign and #LeftUnion@idesibanda
@idesibanda This is the problem with @AIBEA . They are very far away from reality. This statement tells that these people have been far from branches for too long!
