I feel the Unified Grok Pricing is shit coz of the 3rd party models being charged separately at API rate.

The way these platforms work is getting a subsidised rate from the model provider, and if they charge same as API then it won't make sense.

Why will I not use Claude code instead, tbh grok models are not opus level good. They are good at doing things but the quality in Anthropic models is far better and the only thing that was keeping me in Cursor was the pricing.

Now if they are coming up with these things and forcing to use Grok models then I will switch probably.
