hi, I'm Arj. I run @ehki_io, a biz ops practice for teams going from 0 to 1.
before this: product at a Fortune 500, marketing in big tech, crypto in Hong Kong right after the FTX collapse, then CRM/AI/automations at an insurtech.
what I'm gonna post here:
> field notes from client work (numbers in, names out)
> ops and AI jokes, because the alternative is crying into a CRM
> what's up in HK, travel, music, and whatever I'm into that week
based in toronto/hk, working w/ teams in hk, toronto, EMEA, and tokyo ๐๐ฝ
day 2/30 of building in public
> 11 followers & 3.8k impressions (had 0 on Monday morning, itโs Thursday night rn)
> running a small pilot on LinkedIn with ~150 contacts
> birthday this weekend
LFG!
let's connect if you're into:

smbs are in the best position of anyone to actually use AI, what holds them back isn't money
> tools are cheap
> no procurement cycle, no 6 month vendor review. you can have something running by friday
> small team means 1 good automation = real chunk of the company's output
but most of them don't have a single ops person. the founder is the ops person. so when they try to stop being founder-led, everything that lived in the founder's head starts breaking.
fast adoption + nobody to run the systems is what i'm working on based on 10 years in tech
