@zomatocare@deepigoyal Few folks in Zomato have been practicing un-ethical practices by automatically enabling discounts on behalf of restaurants without any approval from the restaurant partner.
I operate a restaurant and I am facing this issue the 3rd time.
Despite of calling the support person the first two times and mentioning serval times to not activate any offers without an email approval from the restaurant they didn't care and did it again.
Regardless of how best the product is, I must say that @PineLabs has the worst customer service after onboarding!
Not saying this because of a single instance but multiple instances. I raised termination of my POS in the month of May and now we are in July still not processed!
