@DaveS525907 @AllForProgress_ Well most of these “juniors” are the ones who run the hospital out of hours and manage most of the patients independently with minimal remote supervision.
I’m yet to see a doctor earn millions in UK. Even if they do it’s all down to hard work which rightly needs to be rewarded.
