The auto menace only keeps getting worse on our streets, @ncbn garu, @naralokesh garu, @Anitha_TDP garu.
For some reason, you decided to let this issue slide.
So I have an idea.
Like Hyderabad autos have, make it mandatory to display a large laminated sheet behind the driver seat with the auto number, driver photo, auto registration ID at whichever police station it falls under, and a QR code to register a complaint.
In addition, put up a list of rules on that sheet, asking passengers to scan the QR and register a complaint if -
- The auto has more than 4 passengers
- There's a passenger sitting on the driver seat
- The auto has a wolf horn
- Driver is on his phone
- Rash driving
- Passengers are made to feel unsafe.....
That's all.
Let passengers do the heavy lifting for you.
All you have to do is to enforce that any auto without this sheet prominently displayed will be straightaway fined ₹10000 or license cancellation. No warnings.
You don't have to do anything here. Just one rule, enforced.
Passengers will be safer, traffic will be smoother, our policemen don't need to fight with auto drivers all day, with lesser passengers per trip, autos will be busier and hence no waiting at bus stands or loitering around waiting for fares.
This doesn't need the govt to spend any money.
Just plug the QR into your complaint registration website.
Or into a WA chat (which you already have for the CM dashboard) which automatically captures auto details when scanned and makes complaint registration easy.

Dear @revanth_anumula@GHMCOnline@CommissionrGHMC , I used to be a believer in the GHMC's speed to solving real issues but in the last 1 year that has been absolutely terrible. Tickets are pending / engineers commit the dates but don't come.
Roads are left broken 1/n
We credit Swami Vivekananda for India's spiritual renaissance but forget his contribution to our scientific renaissance. It was he who first proposed setting up of IISc and other science centres.
May the man who inspired Nikola Tesla and SN Bose continue to inspire scientists.

As an MSc in Chemistry, let me explain the issue of carcinogen emissions from the use of ethanol-blended petrol (e.g., #E10 or #E20 fuels).
Ethyl alcohol (ethanol), when oxidised, forms acetaldehyde (ethanal). Conversely, acetaldehyde (ethanal) when reduced, forms ethyl alcohol (ethanol). Note: In chemical nomenclature "-ol" is a suffix for alcohols and "-al" is for aldehydes.
When ethanol is consumed as an alcoholic beverage, it is metabolised in the human body into acetaldehyde, which is then further metabolised into acetate and excreted. However, acetaldehyde is a known toxic byproduct and is classified as a carcinogen. While ethanol itself is not inherently a carcinogen, its consumption initiates a chain reaction that can lead to cancer, particularly with heavy or prolonged consumption.
When ethanol is blended with petrol and burned in an internal combustion engine, the combustion process (oxidation) produces acetaldehyde as a byproduct due to incomplete combustion, as 100% combustion does not occur. The amount of acetaldehyde produced depends on factors such as engine type, combustion efficiency, air-fuel ratio, temperature, and operating conditions.
Thus, acetaldehyde formation is a recognised issue in biofuel combustion. While reports from NITI Aayog, the Petroleum Ministry, and the National Policy on Biofuels primarily focus on savings of more than Rs. one lakh crore, the health hazards posed by acetaldehyde, classified as a Group 1 carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer and highlighted by the Centre for Science and Environment, including risks of respiratory issues and cancer from elevated aldehyde emissions in urban areas, have been conspicuously ignored.
I sincerely hope that the government will reconsider the issue in its entirety.
A car isn’t just a depreciating asset.
It’s not just a metal box on wheels.
It’s a shield ,keeping your family, your kids, your partner safe from bad eyes, bad roads, and bad situations.
A car holds emotion. Comfort. Freedom. Pride.
People call it a liability. Yet even the human body depreciates ,every single day.
We’re all losing value, cell by cell.
The goal isn’t to avoid depreciation.
It’s to own things that mean something while they last.
There's a saying in motorsport: When the flag drops, the bullshit stops.
Minister Shri @nitin_gadkari wanted to know if anyone was personally affected by the E20 petrol saga.
My friend @ShivrattanDhil1 says that a Ferrari no less is refusing to start after getting affected by E20. Technicians are ascribing the Ferrari's starting problem to E20.
About time the Oil Minister Shri @HardeepSPuri makes E0 and E10 blends of petrol available. That's the very least he can do to allay apprehensions and put paid to problems caused by ethanol blending in cars clearly not designed to run E20.
Else, 1. Resale value of non-compliant cars will get hit big time. 2. Disaffection among middle-classes will grow to the point where a belligerent Govt will have to make way for a more benign one.
Here's our story: https://t.co/VW6SLesRLA
This is not a Hyderabad city police case. It is a NIA case. They must be taken for interrogation by NIA, then interviewed to understand how they got radicalised like this, what content they consumed & from where, and who's programming them? Then go after that source to end that.
Hello @nitin_gadkari ji,
The paid campaign was not against Ethanol but to promote Ethanol.
Many influencers were paid by @PetroleumMin and OMCs to make videos in support of Ethanol.
Respected @nitin_gadkari ji,
Please provide E0, E10 petrol available in bunks (at same rate) while the experiment on E20 continues. Sharing a video where something like water coming out of petrol pumps. Really really sad to see such things.
People take cars on EMI sir. The last thing a common man wants is a break down due to non compliant parts, moisture content etc.
Please take note of this sir. Sharing this so that my audience can also share their thoughts.
Not a paid post. Just concerned about how we implement long term visions without affecting common man.
On behalf of fuel users,

Dear Nitin Gadkari ji,
When we ask you to provide Pure Unleaded Petrol as an option in the Bunks across Bharat apart from E20, it is only because 95% of vehicles are not built for E20. You know that. We know that. For the same price, we need Pure Option.
Let me clarify on behalf of all.
- We don't get paid for posting this, infact we post this so that you can rethink and take action.
- We are not part of any petroleum lobby, just plain tax paying citizens of Bharat.
- You have still not instructed Vehicle Insurance companies to put a clause saying that they will accept all claims when E20 is being filled in all vehicles. Pls do so at the earliest.
- The Non E20 (maybe E10 or E0) price should be same so that customers can fill what suits their vehicles.
- Please ask Ministry of Petroleum to be more accomodating & respectful of Citizens needs.
- Please take responsibility for this sir. It affects more than 95% of Bharat Vehicles.
We have a lot of respect for you @nitin_gadkari ji. You are one of the most sensible in the team,
Please do not call us a lobby and reduce your status sir. Tagging our PM @narendramodi ji as well.
As always, I am sure you will introspect and take necessary action.
On behalf of all Indians who still own Non E20 Vehicles,

Even the Supreme Court says 75 years of reservations is enough & Parliament must review it.
But will our politicians act? Never.
Because reservations are their vote-bank weapon, while their own kids study abroad in elite universities.
This country bleeds, but they keep milking it.
Dear @DKShivakumar ji,
Ather has built a technology which shows all the Potholes in a City. I don't know if this should make us proud or disappointed, that a 2 wheeler company has to give BETTER ROUTE options instead of Government making every Road Pothole Free. @atherenergy
Feels like we have gone back decades solving such issues. I mean Govt has let us down.
Can we take it as a challenge in Bengaluru that every pothole shown on Ather app (red colour) is taken off in next one month?
Similar challenge in Pune, Delhi & other cities. @narendramodi ji.
Need help from my audience to voice out until we have pothole free Bharat 🔥🔥 Pls tag your CM while reposting this video to have maximum impact.
We have a voice, Ather has given the locations, Govt just needs to fix them...

I never imagined that a day will come when Nirmala Sitharaman ji will be Glorified & Nitin Gadkari ji will be badly Criticized 😆😆😆

Dear Indians, be alert.
Many companies will now try to hike prices to offset the GST benefits instead of passing them on to you. Watch them closely and report to the Government.
We must stay vigilant against such companies that constantly look for ways to loot customers.
India Can’t Be Silenced: Pure Petrol, Nothing Else
I knew this day would come. Finally, a PIL is filed in the Supreme Court on E20 fuel. The Government can hide behind lab reports, but the real experience of vehicle owners cannot be dismissed. You cannot squeeze the nation with unbearable fuel taxes and expect silence.
Once again, loud and clear, India deserves PURE PETROL. Nothing less, nothing mixed.
