🇨🇳 China’s new humanoid robot reportedly just beat elite humans at both jumping and sprinting.

Unitree’s “Superman” prototype is shown clearing a 2-meter standing jump and hitting 12.66 m/s in a company video.

That would top the human standing high jump record and even edge Usain Bolt’s peak sprint speed.

Even crazier, it did it on legs just 0.85 meters long after a little over 3 months of development.

But there’s a catch: all of this comes from a 30-second promo clip with no independent verification, released 2 days before Unitree’s Shanghai IPO.

Very impressive and very convenient.
