@HawaiianAir very poor experience traveling from Kona. Original flight was at 12:22 from Kona to OGG and then 3:20 pm to Seattle. HA changed the 12:22 pm flight to 8:55 am even though we paid extra during booking for later flight. Now to change back you are asking for $400??

@Delta Struggling to find bags checked in as Delta Premium Select flyer for 5 days. Delta representatives at @SeaTacAirport keep sending us to @AirFranceFR and AF sends us back to Delta.
FYI: Delta you representatives at SeaTac has been abusive on phone when I ask for status.
