Cold email in 2026 isn't about volume anymore.
It's about timing.
The reps winning aren't sending 10k emails/month to anyone who fits an ICP doc.
They're sending 500 emails/month to people who:
> Just raised funding
> Just hired a new leader
> Just posted about a problem on LinkedIn
Signal-based outbound beats spray-and-pray every time.
Find the moment. Then reach out.
@imakeBADads Honestly, anything in logistics and supply chain feels underserved. Everyone's chasing SaaS and eCom, but B2B industrial niches are still running on referrals and word of mouth. Easy to stand out.
@TechSalesGuy This is how you recover from anything awkward on a sales call, right? Lean into it, make it human, move forward. Most reps would've just pretended it didn't happen.
@KFragoulias This applies to B2B outbound too, honestly. Most companies lead with features instead of the actual outcome the prospect cares about. Emotional hooks work in cold email just like they do in ads.
Omnichannel outbound isn't about spamming people everywhere.
It's about showing up where your ICP already is and being consistent.
Email gets ignored? They see you on LinkedIn.
LinkedIn DM gets missed? Your email reminds them. Both get buried? Your ad keeps you top of mind.
The goal isn't to annoy them across 5 platforms. It's to make sure when they're finally ready to buy, you're the one they remember.
Most reps quit after one channel fails. The ones closing deals just stay visible.
