पहलगाम में हुआ दुस्साहसी आतंकी हमला एक भयावह त्रासदी है।

मैं यहां के हालात को समझने और मदद करने आया हूं। जम्मू-कश्मीर के सभी लोगों ने इस भयावह हमले की निंदा की है और पूरी तरह से देश का समर्थन किया है। मैंने घायल हुए एक व्यक्ति से मुलाक़ात की। जिन लोगों ने अपने परिजनों को खोया है, उनके प्रति मेरी संवेदनाएं और स्नेह हैं। मैं सभी को यह भरोसा दिलाना चाहता हूं कि पूरा देश एकजुट होकर साथ खड़ा है।

कल हमारी सरकार के साथ एक बैठक हुई, जिसमें संयुक्त विपक्ष ने इस हमले की निंदा की और स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि सरकार जो भी कदम उठाना चाहे, हम उसका पूरा समर्थन करेंगे।

इस हमले के पीछे की मंशा समाज को बांटने और भाई को भाई से लड़ाने की है। ऐसे समय में यह अत्यंत आवश्यक है कि हर भारतीय एकजुट रहे और साथ खड़ा हो—ताकि हम आतंकवादियों की इस साज़िश को नाकाम कर सकें।

यह दुखद है कि देश के बाक��� हिस्सों में कुछ लोग हमारे कश्मीर के भाइयों और बहनों पर हमले कर रहे हैं। यह बेहद ज़रूरी है कि हम सभी एकजुट रहें, एक साथ खड़े हों, इस बर्बर हमले के खिलाफ लड़ें और आतंकवाद को हमेशा के लिए हराएं।

मैं मुख्यमंत्री और उपराज्यपाल से भी मिला। उन्होंने मुझे बताया कि क्या हुआ है। मैंने उन्हें आश्वस्त किया कि मैं और कांग्रेस पार्टी पूरी तरह से उनका समर्थन करेंगे।

कांग्रेस पार्टी को मूल नेतृत्व गुजरात ने दिया, जिसने हमें सोचने, लड़ने और जीने का तरीका सिखाया। गांधीजी के बिना कांग्रेस पार्टी देश को आज़ादी नहीं दिलवा पाती, और गुजरात के बिना गांधी जी नहीं होते। उनके एक कदम पीछे, गुजरा�� ने हमें सरदार पटेल जी को दिया।

आज वही गुजरात रास्ता ढूंढ रहा है। यहां के छोटे व्यापारी, उद्यमी, किसान - सब संकट में हैं। डायमंड, टेक्सटाइल और सिरेमिक इंडस्ट्रीज ��र्बाद हो रही हैं। गुजरात के लोग कह रहे हैं कि हमें नया विज़न चाहिए, क्योंकि जो विज़न पिछले 20-25 साल से चल रहा है, वह पूरी तरह फेल हो चुका है।

गुजरात नया विकल्प चाह रहा है, लेकिन कांग्रेस पार्टी उसे दिशा नहीं दिखा पा रही है। यह सच्चाई है, और इसे कहने में मुझे कोई शर्म या डर नहीं है। हमें कांग्रेस की उसी विचारधारा पर लौटना होगा, जो गुजरात की विचारधारा है - जो गांधी जी और सरदार पटेल जी ने हमें सिखाई थी।

हमें जनता के बीच जाना होगा, उनकी बातें सुननी होंगी। हमें दिखाना होगा कि हम सिर्फ नारे लगाने नहीं, बल्कि उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान ढूंढने आए हैं। 'भारत जोड़ो यात्रा' से हमने साबित किया कि कांग्रेस आसानी से जनता से जुड़ सकती है। जैसे ही हम यह बदलाव लाएंगे और अपने कर्तव्यों को निभाने लगेंगे, गुजरात के लोग हमारे साथ खड़े हो जाएंगे।
