ARYZE WORKWEAR 🛠️
Every year, we gift each member of our team a piece they can live and work in. Most recently, we partnered with our friends at ANIÁN to design this custom denim workwear–inspired chore coat, featuring double-reinforced elbows, a carpenter’s pencil slot, a cut built for movement and our custom branded patch designed by local designer Rio Kaneki.
Many years ago, our late Co-Founder, Ryan Goodman, envisioned an Aryze apparel line inspired by the branding, tailoring and high-quality of vintage workwear—elements fully reflected in this collaborative piece.

Aryze is reaching new heights in 2026 🥳
We’ve officially gotten higher then ever before with our internal construction team. The Estoya at 1708 Quadra marks our first-ever concrete tower and our tallest building to date.
But, that’s not the full picture. See, we’ve always been a company of diverse people and skills coming together to make great urbanism moments. Take for example our company principals:
Matty—sculpturalist
Katherine—Ph.D in Medicinal Chemistry
Luke—urban planning
Weird combo.
Fortunately, when you combine this with 70 other amazing, talented, dedicated team members, you get people that have worked on concrete towers across North America which enables the local work to be “new” to Aryze, but not “new” to the team.
So I see this video and it summarizes us, a team that is more capable and stronger together 🫶🏽
Just because you’re renting, doesn’t mean you should have to sacrifice great design.
We believe that rental housing should be as soulful, colourful and inviting as any other home—whether you’re renting just for now or forever.
A big thanks to the local designers, stylists and our community of friends who help us capture the true spirit of these neighbourhoods. 🫶
Groundwork is officially underway at Summerhouse in Gonzales🔨
Our team is currently on-site with Zoning Construction & LMS Reinforcing Steel Group, forming the foundation for our two-bedroom townhomes.
What’s next?
- Additional wall pours
- Framing begins next month
- Move-ins early 2027
This project will bring 29 new premium residences, townhomes and penthouses to this coastal neighbourhood—can't wait 🌊
A new one for you: this is 526 Normandy, our proposed six-storey development in Royal Oak 👋
This project would be the new next door neighbour to Norma—our 68-apartment building completed last year—and would bring another 132 purpose-built rental homes to a prime location beside Saanich Commonwealth Place.
Sustainability is at the core of the design philosophy. Built to meet BC Energy Step Code 4 standards, the building’s shape and positioning will follow the natural contours of the Normandy Creek, achieving a harmonious spatial relationship between the delicate surrounding environment and the neighbouring properties.
Thoughts on the design?
This could all be affordable housing instead the City of Vancouver is developing market rate housing to increase city revenue in order to keep property taxes low on existing residential homeowners
…cause the Homeowner Grant, GST rebates, mortgage interest deductions, property tax deferrals, capital gains exemption, home equity borrowing, RRSP buyers plan, FHSA, First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit, and PTT relief weren’t enough 🥴
The Vancouver Housing Development Office has unveiled their fourth project: a four-tower proposal set for 2400 Kingsway in East Van, which is currently occupied by the 2400 Motel. #vanRE

@Lanefab Sometimes I feel like the solution is right in front and we don’t choose it.
Look at MLI Select, banger of a success but they are trying to make it harder. Why not supercharge it?
Samuel Flats in VicWest is looking 👌🏽
I don’t know what I am more excited for, the new residents moving in or the brand new location for Hide N Seek Coffee ☕️
Backyard summer negronis with this dear friend, @fdarc
Our friendship began 14 years ago when I was a student urban planner and since then, we've done four projects together, two in construction, and five in permitting.
It's one of the things I love most about this work, getting to dream and deliver buildings across this beautiful city with wonderful people 🫶
4 homes became 34 homes:
- 750% increase in housing
- We took 4 homes, 'affordable' cuz they old, and replaced them with 34 brand new homes, including 4 homes with affordability secured by covenant forever
- Added mixed-use
- Constructed in 12 months
- 100% leased up in 2 months
- Compact, walkable, bikeable location
Great design, even better urbanism, another great infill project closed out at 1693 Fort Street 🫶
