@transport_wales PT3 the male staff members then surrounded the young boy, waving his ticket in his face with antagonizing bullying and belittling behaviour saying “say thank you and I’ll give it to you” thank you for what? Your staff were in the wrong!

@transport_wales PT 2. One staff member walked off with the tickets. My sister called my mum who sent over passport photos, they still insisted they needed to pay for adult tickets. After my mum talking with a female member of staff on the phone who eventually let them through

@transport_wales Between 7:15pm and 7:30pm this evening, Cardiff Central station barrier staff took my sisters and her friends tickets off them, refusing them access to the train and trying to force them to buy adult tickets, they are 14&15! Refusing to give names. P1

Since the 25th of January I have been requesting an escalated complaint with @DFS and all requests have fallen on deaf ears and I get fobbed off with someone will call and nobody does! I’ve spent over 180 minutes making phone calls chasing them and I still haven’t got anywhere!

Anybody looking to buy a sofa with @DFS particularly the Cardiff branch, DO NOT BOTHER! I’ve had an on going complaint since the point of purchase and still received a damaged sofa and have had no rectification of this or had the complaint dealt with at all! Disgusting service!!
