@MTPHereToHelp Already did. But the grievance says towing maintenance charge will not be refunded as the vendor has already provided his services which is a total lie in my case as can be seen from the dashcam videos.

@MTPHereToHelp my wife had parked her vehicle near Viceroy Savana, Raheja Circle, Thakur Village, Kandivali East, Mumbai - 400101 yesterday
She reached the vehicle before it was towed away but still she was made to pay the towing charges which is not correct.

Delivery Rider came at my doorstep at 8.58 pm
I refused to accept such a late delivery
They refused to refund my amount
Had to file a grievance on National consumer forum & in 2 days i was refunded

The reservation desk said due to security reason the name on the booking & guest must match
So in the end i booked a room for them in different hotel chain
