As per the new rules all auto drivers in Maharashtra shud have a basic knowledge of Marathi, then @Devendra_Office anyone doing business in Maharashtra shud know Marathi, isn't it? So Y shouldn't all film stars, industrialists be spared? The Adanis and Ambanis wll they be spared?
