@TUIUK Chaos at Manchester airport this morning. Premium queue moving slower than economy. You need to organise yourselves and get more ground crew. We’re not happy. We’ve paid £100s extra and had the worse experience. People who arrived at the same time have gone through before
@easyJet Please could you ask John Leighton to check his emails. I haven’t even had an acknowledgement from him. And I’m fed up of the same repetitive scripted responses from your useless customer support team.

We arrived 45 minutes before the checkin desks opened, they were understaffed and everytime we asked a member of airport staff we were told not to worry it’s always like this, the plane won’t leave without you. It left without 15 others.
@hannahtweets__@easyJet Brilliant Thankyou . I’ll be emailing him tomorrow , Good luck with your complaint. Similar thing happened to us @Schiphol , we only just made it. Horrendous airport and service. The desks need to open a lot earlier there. 2/3 hours before is not sufficient.
@easyJet@hannahtweets__ You and me both. Im on my 3rd email and have had generic responses from 3 different memebers of the team. I’ve also requested the issue be escalated but to no avail.
