I can see how you’d see this as an ai issue. But from my lens (which is a technical one) this is an application / ux issue. Which is NOT your fault.
The AI can do what you asked it to do.
I have it doing equally or more complex things reliably, daily. But you have to select the right model, the right options and then prompt it in a way to make it more predictable. Then, the AI can do it.
That’s not bad tech. It’s a bad app / ux.
It’s creating a better “harness” for the LLM / brain. And this is improving by leaps and bounds in the last 60 days. It’s why programmers / tech folks are all buzzing right now. It’s hitting is first. It’ll be with everyone else shortly.
I think we’re months away from having a lot of these issues eliminated. The 2026 timeline is vastly different than 2025.
. @cmonkey@FrameworkPuter I've got a delayed Framework 13 due to a bezel. If it was possible to easily change to any other bezel or even remove from the order, I easily would without complaint.
If if this was an option, you'd have a happier customer, inventory flowing and less busy customer support.
Can't fathom how busy y'all are and focus is everything. Just sharing my thoughts as a customer. Continuing to root for you! 💪🚀
@FitFounder Explore your farmers market. Buy eggs from
Every vendor. Chat them up. The ones that are enthusiastic about their chickens usually have the brightest orange yolks and are insanely delicious. The eggs I was raised on bare little resemblance. 🥰
@mhmazur As in all things lately, sooner than we think.
I think ‘proof of humanity’ is going to be an important conversation very soon. I’ve been paying attention to @worldnetwork — idk that they’re the solve but they are working on at least part of what I think is the problem.
@levelsio Alternative: use tailscale to create a free private vpn. Setup tailscale on a pc / raspberry pi / Apple TV at home. Enable “exit node.” You now have a free vpn from anywhere in the world to your home Internet connection.
Updating on the tv doesn’t work and is in fact broken. The only alternative is to use their phone in conjunction with the tv which is confusing as heck and undoable for my parents who are quite older. But worse, it needs to be done again every 1-2 months because it breaks. It literally thinks they’re in a city 2 hours away from where they actually are. To recap - location on the TV is broken requiring them to call me to walk them from a highly confusing process every 1-2 months.
I think @YouTubeTV is great. But at my parents house every 1-2 months it gets confused and thinks they moved 2 hours north, shifting all their local channels. Re-verifying location is confusing, even for someone technical let along my older parents. I beg you, please fix this so I don’t have to move them back to cable. I’m happy to provide details on the confusion to a Product Manager. 🙏
Yes but that’s not how housing works. You have policy that is incompatible with your customers lives, prioritizes predictable revenue and keeps revenues from your customers for services that are impossible for them to consume. Just because it’s in your policy doesn’t make it fair nor appropriate. My original comment stands. Thanks for your response.
Not pro-rating a move out refund is just theft. Lining up your lease, move date and service connect date with precision isn’t normal. @astoundconnects , I’m astounded by your shortsighted policy. Why would I put you first in my new home when your last touch put me last? You’ve opted to keep $30 over thousands in future revenue. Odd choice but very clear demonstration of what you prioritize.
Full circle, $30 well spent. See ya soon, @googlefiber!
