Today I left a very busy Costco with three items in my hands and a hot dog. I played a game of frogger through the parking lot as one does and at 12:42pm local time, as I went to grab my car door handle, my hot dog rolled off its veggie tray bed onto the ground. Unwrapped. RIP

I have never forgotten that day, and I never will. Some people come into this life born with the capabilities of touching the lives of millions of people in such a heartfelt way, and I think he was one of them. May you rest in peace.

I don't often post about this kind of stuff, but I met Matthew Perry when I was 15. He and Bruce Willis were in town.
Driving around with my brother, we saw a limo behind us. We came to a red light, and the two actors stuck their heads out of the roof to get a view of the Falls.

My brother told me to get out of the car to say hi. It was a fleeting moment, but they immediately looked my way to say hi. I swear that both of their smiles could melt a frozen heart. Matthew Perry was so gracious, so kind, and so full of life that day.

@duanebrown A lobster roll is a perfectly reasonable and affordable lunch here. It's like ordering a chicken salad sandwich. Most people who grew up here ate lobster because they couldn't afford to eat anything else. Oysters are also like $2 a shuck!

I've also come to realize that Christmas is cancelled every year after some major upset, so maybe you should embrace the chaos!
