Is it not a national shame?

This year no state awards announced for Balochistan/KPK Police Officers fighting against terrorists and offering lives in line of duty. All gallantry awards quietly grabbed by Punjab Police Officers.

Balochistan

At an average 12 attacks per day against Police / LEAs / infrastructure for past one year, since August 2025 - 2026

90 police officers have embraced Shahadat in Balochistan only in 2026.

Three DSPs have been ambushed and killed. SHOs have embraced Shahdat while protecting police stations / Fighting terrorists. Constables have embraced Shahadat.

DIG Kalat, DIG Makran, DIG Quetta, DIG Rakshan, DIG Loralai are being targeted by terrorists.

SSPs Turbat, Panjgur, Gawadar, Kalat, Khuzdar, Surab, Mastung, Chaghi, Kharan have been attacked by terrorists and are working under severe threats.

Noshki, Kharan, Mastung, Kalat, Quetta were attacked on 31 January 2026 by BLA in operation called Herfo 2.

22 police officers including DSP embraced Shahadat during Herof 2.

Severe threats of Herof 3 (by BLA) and BAAM 2 (by BLF)

TTP, BLA, BLF, BRG, ISPP has been attacking police & LEAs.

Police officers being kidnapped and killed while traveling from one city to another by road. One DSP Bugti was kidnapped and killed in July 2026.

46 attacks on police stations in 2026.

Police is working under extreme conditions and terrorists threats.

400+ attacks in 2026 against Police, LEAs and infrastructure

Police officers who don’t have any political safarish are posted in Balochistan.

No rotation policy is effective. There were two rotation policies for posting in Balochistan but establishment division has suspended both rotation policies.

If an officer (who has no safarish) is posted in Balochistan, he spends years before he can get a posting out of Balochistan.

Army officers who are posted in Balochistan come here for fixed two years. After two years of service in hard area of Balochistan they are given posting at their choice station (city).

However police officers have to find safarish / beg politicians to get them out of Balochistan even after serving for years.

Why rotation policy is suspended. Only to help police officers with connections / safarish.

Why those officers who have not served outside Punjab / Sindh not posted to Balochistan.

Some DIGs / SSP / PSP officers are stuck in Balochistan for past 7 years. Only because they have no Safarish. Where is merit in bureaucracy.

War on terror is fought in KPK and Balochistan. But gallantry awards are being given to officers from Punjab.

In 2026, 116 police officers embraced Shahadat in KPK.

Continuous attacks in Waziristan, Dir, D I Khan, Swat, Khyber and Peshawar.

Except Peshawar to Islamabad motorway, Police and LEAs are being targeted / not safe.

16 officers including DSP from Al-Buraq team (The elitest police commandos) were killed in Dir attack in July 2026 by TTP.

Disheartened Fact

No officer from KPK and Balochistan was recognized with Civil Gallantry Awards.

Only officers from Punjab police were awarded Civil awards.

علی کی والدہ کا انتقال ہوگیا ہے۔ علی روز والدہ کی قبر پر جاتا ہے اور اپنی رو کر ماں کو آوازیں دیتا ہے۔
علی نے جب ہم سے رابطہ کیا تو اسکا کہنا تھا" اگر میرا گھر نہیں ملا تو میں اپنی جان دےدونگا" ۔ ذہنی طور پر ذرا سادہ ہے اور بہت معصوم ہے۔ علی کی نشانی یہ ہے کہ اسکی زبان توتلی ہے۔ وہ جب اپنے ساتھ کے دوستوں کو اپنے گھر والوں سے ملتا دیکھتا ہے تو دل میں بہت حسرت پیدا ہوتی ہے کہ کاش اسکے گھر والے بھی مل جائیں۔

پنجاب پولیس کی کارگردگی۔۔
واقعی لاہور پولیس کا کون مقابلہ کرسکتا ہے۔۔ ویسے تو برابر کی چوٹ ہے کراچی پولیس کے مقابلے پر۔ پولیس کسی جگہ کی ان کا مائنڈ سیٹ اور پرفارمنس ایک جیسی ہے۔ یہ ایک کیفیت کا نام ہے شہر یا صوبے کا نہیں۔۔

اس بچے کا نام جاوید ہے اور والد کا نام ایاز ہے۔
جاوید سال 2006 کے اگست میں کراچی کے تھانہ شاہ پولیس چوکی لطیف آباد ٹاؤن کو لاوارث حالت میں ملا تھا۔6 سال عمر تھی۔
جاوید کی مادری زبان پشتو ہے۔ اس کے بقول وہ گھر سے نکل کر سمندر کے قریب کہیں پہنچا تھا تو وہاں سے پولیس کو ملا تھا۔
خاندان کے افراد میں سے کسی کا نام یاد نہیں ہے۔
جاوید نے زندگی میں بہت ہی مشکل حالات دیکھے ہیں جو ناقابل بیان ہیں۔ اس وقت بے یار و مددگار زندگی بسر کررہا ہے۔
وہ چاہتا ہے کہ اپنے والدین اور بہن بھائیوں کو دیکھے اور اذیت ناک زندگی سے نکل کر سکون میں آجائے۔
ان شاءاللہ فیملی ملنے کے بعد ہم جاوید کی زندگی پر لکھیں گے آپ پڑھ کر اپنی آنکھوں پر قابو نہیں رکھ پائیں گے۔ فی الحال اسکی تکلیف کا احساس کرکے اس پوسٹ کو خوب زیادہ شئیر کریں۔ آپ کا ایک شئیر کسی کی زندگی بدلنے کا سبب بن سکتا ہے۔

We haven’t jailed @ImaanZHazir and @AdvHadiali we jailed hopes of thousands of mothers of missing persons, hopes of hundreds of blasphemy gang victims mothers, more than 20 thousand families of poor street vendors of #Islamabad, dozens of journalists and every marginalised across the country and rulers have no idea countries/societies survive/breathe on hope..
