@tim_cook @Apple age of AI & automation App Store review still feels unnecessarily slow and manual. Even minor updates takes days holding businesses back. I’ve had reviews fail because an OTP was entered into a password field- the app was then marked inaccessible. Please upgrade

Hi @OpenAI @sama Upgrading from ChatGPT Plus to Pro shouldn’t mean paying for both plans in the same month. If someone upgrades mid-cycle, the unused Plus amount should be prorated or credited automatically. I upgraded and ended up paying for both and had to get credits .
