When you’ve had your phone about 6 weeks and it stops charging and the options you are given are go and sit in a shop while they repair or you can pay for a replacement. That’s just not good enough. I’ve had to pay money out to get a magnetic charger to use my phone @ee @apple

@EE Yes but I have to go out of my way take time off or time out of my weekend to go to a shop to get it repaired surely with the age and the fact it’s under warranty it should be a straight swap for a new one. I have already been on your support and they just put me through to apple
