@coopuk “Waiting for someone with keys” we were told! Sadly this is very common at this branch and frustrating to those who rely on the store. Staff are lovely and equally frustrated by management of store. coop senior management need to own this issue for their customers
@coopuk@coopuk you owe my 3yr old son a lolly!! My son doesn’t often want to come to the shop but this morning he did and was excited at the idea of getting a lolly for his efforts. Sadly on arrival at the Rudgwick store we joined others stood outside the door still locked 1hour late!!
@coopuk It would be nice if this was the case, but we can’t even get into the store because we’re waiting on someone with keys to arrive….2hours after opening time !
@virginmedia Yes, I’d rather talk about it than discuss on social media if someone can contact me please as my parents are trying to switch to another provider
@easyJet But your shocking customer service can! 1hour37 mins talking to a refund team who couldn’t event tell me what was going on but I should fill in another form that would work better than the same form I filled in before!?!
@1minionopinion@easyJet I know the feeling!?! Been on the line to Faiz for 1hr1mins and still waiting … 5th time of calling … told I’ll get my Expense paid by EasyJet within 7 days … currently on day 25 and counting
@easyJet @Rachael98449693 Wow, I have this to look forward to! I’m on rejection number 1 even though I’ve been emailed confirmation that I will get my expense paid in 7 days …. It’s now 25 days and counting. Faiz told me process failing their end … no help to me
