Is @1Password working on a way where you can request authorization on a phone? Please enable this so my agent can do so while I’m away. Service accounts are not sufficient.
My biggest request for Claude Code right now is the ability to start remote sessions from the phone without hosting a claude rc in each repo. Codex’s remote works so much better this way. Once on the device and we’re done.
So happy that with Opus 5.5, our long national nightmare of Opus 5 is finally over 😀 Great job to the team at Anthropic. I have less use for Fable now apart from code reviews.
@lydiahallie Opus 5.5 is also shockingly good at drawing SVG diagrams (with the diagram design skill). We've added diagrams to many of our posts since I'm a more visual learner. https://t.co/dbcgtNtWO8
@lydiahallie Amazing. First thing I had it do was go through our entire website and fix all the copy and remove Opus 5-isms. And it did an amazing job.
@trq212 Love this, I never use plan mode anymore, I do use artifacts to have it explain to me (whenever it's more visual), so plan mode hasn't been necessary in months, also due to the long contexts.
I told Opus 5.5 to review our two websites we just redesigned about a month ago. I said, review every single word, headline, phrase, h1, h2, hero section, eyebrow, everything. And the new version is WAY better. The Opus 5 language was irritating. This is how I'm testing Opus 5.5
@housecor LOL I literally did the same thing for our two websites we just published about a month ago. I said, review every single word, headline, phrase, h1, h2, hero section, eyebrow, everything. And the new version is WAY better.
I work at OpenAI and personally think AI has been and will continue to be an extremely beneficial technology to humanity
The conversation should be around how many billions of lives it will save
@matthewcanham Hi Matt, the DMs aren't working atm, but my feedback is now with agents, story points for "dev" have become meaningless (IMO), story points for QA/testing much more important. And JIRA family of tools hasn't adjusted to that concept. We're fighting through that with hacks.
I don't know about others but Opus 5's constant "I made this mistake" flip flop feels like a massive regression over the 4.x series. I am forced to use Fable even for simpler tasks, which drains limits even more. None of these headaches on the OpenAI side with Sol or Astra.
My car (2026 Model Y) notices a biker coming by, and the LED strip inside of it changes to red until they pass by, so I don't accidentally open the door. We are truly living in the future.
@dhh Just messaged him with ideas/suggestions! We always lament that there isn’t a good distraction free smartphone for kids. When you do Omarchy mobile, that will be an AMAZING opportunity.
Jonathan Haidt will be a great resource too!
@MatthewBerman@bot Software Dev but I'd love to use it to run a new shopify business that I started with my mom on the side, and guide her on how to build more artwork based on her memories (using imagine, etc)
We often forget how smoothly things work in the US - here’s an example: we just had a power outage (rare, usually weather related but this time not sure why), and 3 mins later my ISP texted me to say they’re aware of it. Power company app already reports it as out, crews already assigned.
This is the only picture ever taken of the Concorde flying at Mach 2 (1,350 mph).
Taken from an RAF Tornado fighter jet, the only rendezvoused with a Concorde for 4 minutes over the Irish Sea.
