@ArenaManCapital I suspect this happens eventually, but will require a lot of hardware bottle necks to be resolved before becoming widespread. Utilization of personal hardware is much lower than a central datacenter. So a lot more hardware for the same inference load.
@HYcorps@chesir3cat@DeepSailCapital@onecentinvest Would take a mix shift or timing difference since receivables are up more than revenue.
Entirely possible, but sketchy. A management team diluting themselves should want to explain it better.
I don't see anything like > 50% in other EU gov suppliers I look at.
@chesir3cat@DeepSailCapital@HYcorps@onecentinvest Doesn't disprove it. SuperCom has been deployed in Sweden since 2018 so kind of makes sense they'd have a lower cost to expand.
Following the below cost thesis, they need another game to get accrual earnings positive. Thoughts there?
@EalimAlmalia@casque@CarioCapital@CurryorNothing There was a squeeze out of the last few GB shareholders. Admittedly I’ve not read FOUR’s 10-K that closely, but chat tells me the JV is still there.
@_clarktang When you talk to altimeter portfolio companies, do they say switching clouds would be easy? Why not?
In my experience an enterprise will have many decisions each year where using an AWS api instead of raw compute saves time and headcount. Neoclouds are not the same market.
