@joshuapliu 2/ What we call "POC hell". But even for "assist" use cases like cited here, we need to be careful. Today the guardrail has to be human, but gradually the guardrail for AI is becoming AI itself (deemed autonomous).

@joshuapliu true. But who is going to verify the veracity of the information being spit out by AI? Not only patient, but for the clinician too. Modern AI (LLM based) is a slippery slope at the moment. That is why there is a lot of distrust from business users to deploy systems at production
