@rameshmashelkar@umeshrathods@EduMinOfIndia Yessss Sir! We all are trying very hard. Not to be better than an "external reference", but to enhance our innovation and commercialization!
We will revert to our original entrepreneurship mode after a brief hiatus of @180 yrs imposed by British rule.
@SiddhendraT@TawdeVinod बात किताब पढनेकी की नही है, किताब अप्रकाशित होने की है.
लेकिन ये समझनेका वकूफ ना बोलने वाले में है, ना उनका समर्थन करने वालोंमें है...!!!
@ashwinielephant@PuneTimesOnline There was a time when such blunders were double checked and had consequences.
Now everything is ok. Nobody is going to lose any entrails.
@NSaina your best sentence which I still remember (you were 19!!) "If I spend time in make-ups I too can look beautiful. I just don't have time!"
It has the potential to inspire more girls to look beyond the superfluous and create hefty careers!!
Wishing you all the best!!
@malpani While the students' efforts deserve to be applauded generously, we should also do something about content too.
I was appalled yday: 2nd yr engg content has similar level of maturity. This JUNK SYLLABUS occupies vital space & removes latest relevant content.
There is not a single Institute of National Eminence even after 75+ years of India's independence in the 8 revenue #Districts of #Marathwada. The region deserves #Govt's support & attention! The Sub Centre of @ICTMumbai1933 doesn't have it's own campus @CMOMaharashtra@PMOIndia
@malpani Also, the biggest resistance to any change is from the teachers themselves whose preference for status quo overrides any benefit or even harm to the students. Engineering colleges are still teaching 8085 (circa 1975) in 2025 and strongly oppose any move to remove it. Criminal.
@minicnair I think @svembu has clearly outlined his position against a maximalist (all or none) approach, which I like.
You Mini seem to be junking whatever he is saying because of your perception of WHO he is. Better to read WHAT he is saying and form / promote opinion on its merits.
@aparanjape I usually has planned boards which evolved during the class, never required to rub in a lecture.
For slides, I average at about 6-10 per hour, and they are mostly progressive disclosure slides. Teachers should practice using chalk and boards
