@ato_gov_au what’s the good of sending reminder letters to
Lodge or we try and get on to MyGov and need help when you aren’t answering any phone number we call? Your system is broken and we get penalised!
Has @AMP_AU taken over from @Telstra as having the worst customer service in Australia? Password reset doesn't work, can't get past DOB verification to log a job. Call centre says ring another company.
Is this @Telstra@BelongAU new business model? Cause all new activations to contact help desk, when can't provide proof of purchase deny service and keep the money? Surely this isn't legal? SIM purchased at @woolworths
@Centrelink No. She was told to go home and Apply online 😡 Tears turned to relief though as within an hour the first claim was paid. Then she has to call about the second one. From disappointment to being grateful for the support. Thankyou.
@centrelinkgovau …severe financial stress. You told her to lodge another claim and because it was 14 days outside catching COVID, you said it would be rejected and that to appeal it after that. This I fine mean and unempathetic, and frankly pathetic. Best you can do?
@centrelinkgovau is this the best you can do? My daughter took an hour out of work to stand in line, only to be told you have no record of the conversation where you said you were raising a COVID claim for her as she had to be off work to isolate. She’s in tears and under…
@trib @cityofballarat@VictoriaPolice This guy’s attitude was appalling. I think they were dogcatchers, but his answer “I can’t tell you” was not supported by Legislation. He has a requirement to identify, especially when carrying prohibited items. Next move is to call police to attend, let them sort it out.
Five males, four in fleuro one in casual clothes, four with utility belts, handcuffs, batons and wearing body cameras. Two twin cab utes, one brown mazda sedan, civilian plates. When asked who they are, as batons are prohibited items… @cityofballarat@VictoriaPolice 1/2
Anwered arrogantly “can’t tell you mate”. When further challenged, as batons are prohibited items, arrogantly showed ID card fleetingly, not enough to ID themselves. They’re required to identify unless lego allow them not to. Still don’t know @VictoriaPolice@cityofballarat
