Transfer Order Dated 07/05/2026 – Yet No Joining Till Date?

The We Work Foundation raises serious questions regarding the alleged non-compliance of the transfer order dated 07/05/2026. As per the order, SE Sachin Kamble was transferred from H/E Ward to the K/E Ward Maintenance Department. However, it is alleged that he has still not taken charge despite the passage of several months.

Who Is Protecting Him?

If the transfer order is valid, then who is permitting an officer to delay joining his new posting? Is there political or administrative backing allowing the transfer order to be ignored? Why has no action been initiated against the concerned officer?

Questions on His Tenure in H/E Ward

It is alleged that while serving in the H/E Ward Building & Factory Department, several notices were issued under his supervision, but enforcement action was allegedly not carried out in many cases despite him reportedly being in charge of multiple beats. If these allegations are correct, the public deserves to know why notices remained only on paper.

Has the Transfer Circular Been Violated?

If an officer has not complied with the transfer order without lawful justification, has the transfer policy and circular been violated? What action has the administration taken to enforce its own orders?

Our Demand

We Work Foundation demands an immediate clarification from the BMC administration. If the allegations are found to be true, appropriate disciplinary action should be initiated, and salary should not be released for any unauthorized period of non-compliance, in accordance with the applicable service rules.
