@GaryMarcus It is wholly conceivable that Google will own drug discovery, healthcare, media, defense and unrelated companies/divisions because of AI. Won't that help with the RoI on AI?
@svembu In fact it is the Indian markets that are optically cheap. There is hardly any company innovating anything available in primary markets. All we have are service companies and aggregators mostly. And all valued sky high. Other than banks, IT etc which are mature.
@svembu Margins and growth should be used in conjunction with P/S to arrive at a fair valuation. Currently everything is valued high. RE, Equity, Metals, Commodities etc. This could be explained by people flocking to these assets and selling currency because they fear $ depreciation.
@harshmadhusudan I think the pessimism isn’t completely misplaced. IT Services will get him in 3-5 years. Knock on effect. Populism by all parties means spending is more on consumption than investment. Not good for a capital deficit country. Plus lots of Geopolitical hemming in.
@hyderabaddoctor That's a great walking pace. But even better is the average HR at just 82. What is your resting HR? 82 is a fantastic walking heart rate at that pace.
@ChathamHouse Let's have some of your grandstanding at the red bastard Trump unleashing US hell across the world. When you are done with that, then have some more about Trump because no amount will be close enough calling out Trump and US shit. Everything else is mere jack shit.
@Portfolio_Bull Most common seems to be Bharta or derivative from Sanskrit and it means husband in Sanskrit too. From bearing weight, support. Bhaarya or 'supported' is the word for wife in Sanskrit. Similar words are found in Malayalam too.
