@JohnLewisRetail very disappointed in your customer service. My son received a gift from his grandparents who bought it in store in October so no longer have the receipt. When we opened it, all of the screws and screwdriver were missing, making the toy unusable. 1/2

Customer service say they can’t send us the missing parts: instead we’re expected to drive 2 hours to the nearest John Lewis store in Exeter…

@sainsburys Great, thanks

[Amy Buzza-Blackwell @avr28]

@sainsburys hi, I ordered some cutlery as part of an online grocery order and no longer want them (unused). How can I get a refund?

[Amy Buzza-Blackwell @avr28]

@GWRHelp Perfect, thanks Bradley

[Amy Buzza-Blackwell @avr28]

@GWRHelp Morning, I've got a return train booked for Truro to Paddington this week. Due to the strikes on Thursday I can only get back to Plymouth. If I drive to Plymouth tomorrow morning, will my ticket still be valid if I join the train there?

[Amy Buzza-Blackwell @avr28]

@GWRHelp A super off-peak return

[Amy Buzza-Blackwell @avr28]

@GWRHelp Can you confirm your policy on refunds for unused half of return ticket? I had to buy another ticket to get an earlier train that wasn't covered by a super off-peak return, but my request for a refund of the unused part has been denied.

@NTSouthWest Hi, will the car park at Trelissick Gardens be open?

[Amy Buzza-Blackwell @avr28]

Terrible service from @tescomobile since switching. Spoken to webchat 3 times, been into store twice, and nobody can explain why my old no hasn’t been transferred properly. Can’t ring to complain as I can’t use my phones to make calls as the transfer hasn’t happened properly…

[Amy Buzza-Blackwell @avr28]

@TUIUK hi, could you confirm whether you will carry a pushchair and a car seat when we’re travelling with an infant or is it one or the other? Short haul flight

[Amy Buzza-Blackwell @avr28]

@DVLAgovuk Thanks Matt @dvlagovuk And as long as my appeal documentation has been received before the payment window for the fine closes, will the window be extended until a decision has been made on the appeal?

[Amy Buzza-Blackwell @avr28]

@DVLAgovuk I sold a car that had been sorned on 1/4/22 and received a failure to insure notice saying that the car wasn’t insured on that date. I’ve now got the registered keeper update notice, dated 7/4/22 - do I still need to appeal the penalty?

[Amy Buzza-Blackwell @avr28]

@HalifaxBank I’ve just looked at my online banking and it looks like you’re incorrectly trying to take 2 mortgage payments from me tomorrow. Can anyone stop this if your mortgage phone lines are closed today?

[Amy Buzza-Blackwell @avr28]

@jlandpartners I’m just trying to make an order online using a gift card but it’s saying that you can’t currently do this. Do you know when this will be working again?
