@bobbyqbiltmore family loves when I grill tri tip strip steaks. They’re quick, simple & packed with flavor. For the low & slow cooks I love smoking pork shoulder & brisket. The prep time, putting together the rub, getting the lump charcoals & temp just right mixed with the time outside.
