🚨 MEDICAL EVIDENCE: THE SEVERITY OF MY INJURIES | K.D. MEDICAL COLLEGE, MATHURA
What began as an assault inside my college hostel on 13 September 2026 has turned into a long and painful medical journey.

The assault caused severe injuries to my right eye, including fractures of the orbital floor and medial wall. My medical investigations also documented retinal layer damage. I underwent surgery at Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj, Delhi, where an implant was used to repair the orbital fractures.

Despite surgery, I continue to suffer from double vision (diplopia) and restricted downward movement of my right eye. This has affected my daily life, and my recovery remains a serious concern.

My family and I have travelled repeatedly between Sonbhadra, Mathura, Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi for consultations, investigations, surgery and follow-ups. We have incurred substantial medical and travel expenses and continue to face the physical, emotional and financial consequences of this incident.

I am attaching my medical reports, CT scans, hospital records, surgery documents and photographs as evidence of the injuries I suffered and the treatment I have undergone.

I urgently appeal to the following authorities to take cognizance of this case and intervene:

🚨 URGENT: Seeking Justice | K.D. Medical College, Mathura
On 13 September 2026, at around 2:30 AM, I was brutally assaulted inside my college hostel by my own batchmates.

The students allegedly involved are Lakshya Dabas, Masoom Raj and Pranav Agrawal (2024 batch, 3rd year MBBS). They were allegedly intoxicated and started verbally abusing me. I initially chose to remain silent, but when they started abusing my mother and sister, I confronted them. Following this, Lakshya Dabas and Masoom Raj repeatedly punched my right eye around 10–15 times, while Pranav Agrawal allegedly held me.

I suffered severe injuries, including fractures of the orbital floor and medial wall of my right eye, along with serious retinal layer damage. I was bleeding heavily and eventually had to undergo surgery. I continue to face double vision (diplopia).

What makes this even more concerning is that there was no CCTV coverage in the hostel area and no warden available at the time. The college did not even inform my family about the incident. After regaining consciousness, I had to contact my family myself.

This happened inside a medical college hostel, where students should be able to feel safe.

I am sharing my experience and evidence because I am seeking justice, accountability and action against everyone responsible. This is only the beginning of my story.

All available evidence has been provided to the authorities, yet no satisfactory action has followed.

The injuries I suffered are extremely serious, and I genuinely feared for my life during the attack. The sections currently included in the FIR do not appear to reflect the severity of the injuries they are for basic injury . I request senior authorities to examine all the evidence, review the applicable legal provisions and treat this matter with the highest priority. I am ready to provide all supporting evidence whenever required.

🚨 TWO MONTHS. REPEATED FOLLOW-UPS. STILL NO JUSTICE.

Following the assault, we submitted a formal application and an FIR was registered. We have copies of the application, FIR and supporting medical documents.

Despite the severity of my injuries, the FIR includes sections relating to simple injuries . My medical records and CT scans document serious fractures of the right orbital floor and medial wall, along with retinal layer damage. I underwent surgery and continue to suffer from double vision (diplopia). The medical evidence deserves a proper review, and the applicable legal provisions must be considered based on the findings.

For nearly two months, my family has repeatedly travelled from Sonbhadra to Mathura, visited the police station and made numerous calls seeking updates. Most calls go unanswered. Whenever we manage to speak to the authorities, we receive the same assurance that the matter will be looked into. Yet, we have received no satisfactory update on concrete action taken.

My family should not have to travel hundreds of kilometres repeatedly and chase authorities for justice after such a serious assault.

A fair and impartial investigation.

@DrDhruvchauhan @mathurapolice @Uppolice This was done by my batchmates, Lakshya Dabas, Masoom Raj, and Pranav Agrawal. They were drunk and started abusing me for no reason. When they abused my mother, I confronted them, after which Lakshya and Masoom punched me in my right eye 10–15 times, causing severe bleeding.
